Sugarcane Juice Acai Coconut Smoothie Bowl

We love making smoothie bowls! Such nutritious bowls of goodness. We will be sharing different smoothie bowls recipes here that use sugarcane juice. Here's one that's really tasty - Sugarcane juice Acai Coconut Chia Smoothie Bowl. Enjoy and check back for more recipes!


  • 1 bottle Sugarcane Island Raw sugarcane juice

  • 2 UNSWEETENED Acai smoothie packs

  • 2 tbsp granola (try to avoid granola with too much processed sugar)

  • 1 or 2 bananas

  • 1 tbsp Chia seeds

  • 1 mixed cup of blueberries, strawberries and raspberries

  • 1 tbsp of toasted coconut (get unsweetened if possible)


  • Thaw out acai packs semi frozen under warm water. You don't want to that it out all the way. It just needs to be thawed a bit so it's not too difficult for the blender
  • Put the two semi frozen acai packs in the blender and add about 1 - 2oz of raw sugarcane juice
  • Add 1 banana (if you are using 2) or half a banana (if you are using 1)
  • Blend. You should now have a nice blend of all the above
  • Grab a bowl and add 1 tbsp granola
  • Pour the blended acai sugarcane in the bowl on top of the granola
  • Cut the other half or whole banana on the top
  • Add your chai seeds, mixed cup of berries, toasted coconut and 1 tbsp granola
  • All set! Dig in and drink the rest of your sugarcane juice as you enjoy your delicious smoothie bowl
